Robert Spencer

Robert Spencer is a change expert. He helps smaller and family-owned businesses resolve growth and transition problems in a practical way.

Robert specializes in leader coaching, performance management and organization design. As a coach, he provides strategic and practical support to client families and boards during major transitions. In managing performance he helps design simple appraisals and measurements that promote sustained results. In organization design, Robert helps businesses that want to scale more rapidly.

Robert has worked in many industries and excels in helping smaller organizations achieve their strategies. He has worked in both manager and consulting roles, so he appreciates the importance of practical advice. Most recently he was a Partner at Accenture where he directed their leadership development practice.

He has written many change management articles and is working on a book entitled Change Made Simple. Robert has BS and MUS degrees from Portland State University.
